Blue Mountains
Katoomba, Leura and Jenolan Caves, comfortably done in a day, with the lookouts timed so you are not sharing them with three coach parties.
Private Chauffeur Hire · Sydney & New South Wales
Airport runs, corporate travel, weddings and full days out to Kiama, Port Stephens and the Hunter. Fixed prices agreed before you travel, and a chauffeur who knows the road.
Have your pick-up, your destination and the number of passengers ready. Flight number too, if you are landing.
We hold authorisation BSP-466037, issued to 101Bikes Pty Ltd under the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016. Arranging hire vehicle journeys in New South Wales without one is an offence.
The Commissioner's authorised officers audit it. Safety here is inspected, not asserted.
Once the details are settled, nothing is quietly passed to an unregulated third party. The arrangement stays with us from beginning to end.
What we drive you to
We watch the flight, not the clock. Land ahead of schedule and the car is already waiting. Sit in a customs queue and the waiting time is ours to absorb.
Regular executive movements handled as a standing arrangement, with the same chauffeur wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to brief a stranger on the way to a board meeting.
We drive the route beforehand and build in the slack nobody thinks of. On the day your only job is to get in the car. Ribbons, umbrellas and a spare tie live in the boot.
A small delegation or a full conference, arriving in the right order at the right door. We run a live vehicle board on the day so an event manager can see the whole movement at once.
The Hunter Valley, the Blue Mountains, Kiama and the South Coast, Port Stephens. These are roads our chauffeurs drive most weeks, and they will tell you which cellar door to skip.
Discretion is the whole service. We will not tell you who else we drive, which is exactly why those passengers keep coming back. Escorted movements and close protection arranged where needed.
A family, a team, or a whole conference floor, travelling together with room for everyone's luggage instead of splitting across a convoy of small cars.
Kerbside at the Sydney jet base, or dockside at Rose Bay. We work directly with your operator so the car and the aircraft are ready at the same moment.
Keep the car and the chauffeur for the morning, the day, or the week, and change the plan as often as you like. We do not re-quote when the itinerary moves.
Beyond the harbour
Escarpment, vineyards, blowholes and white sand bays, all inside New South Wales and all driven door to door.
Katoomba, Leura and Jenolan Caves, comfortably done in a day, with the lookouts timed so you are not sharing them with three coach parties.
Cellar doors, lunch arranged, and nobody at the table has to stay on the water.
The blowhole, the lighthouse, and the green headlands running south. An easy run down the coast road.
Nelson Bay, Tomaree Head and the dunes at Stockton. Dolphin boats leave from the marina and we are there when they get back.
Hyams Beach and the coves around Booderee, far enough south to be worth the whole day.
One call settles it: the route, the vehicle, and a fixed price before anyone gets in the car.
Answered every day, at any hour. Mandarin and Cantonese available.
The detour nobody regrets
Kangaroos in an open field near Bowral, koalas at Featherdale on the way back from the Blue Mountains, pelicans at The Entrance. Mention it when you set off and it goes into the run for the day.
Why passengers stay with us
We know the roads, we send people who have done the job before, and we do not put a different stranger behind the wheel every time.
The pinch on the Western Distributor, the crawl around King Street Wharf, the back way into Olympic Park. That is local driving, and no routing app has it.
Our chauffeurs stay, so regular passengers get greeted by name. That only happens when the person driving has not changed.
Some passengers want the local news and a coffee stop. Others want to take a call and be left alone. Our chauffeurs read that in the first minute.
Where we drive
Door to door anywhere in the metropolitan area, and full-day touring the length of New South Wales, from the South Coast up to Port Stephens.
Circular Quay, The Rocks, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, Wynyard and Town Hall, along with the hotels on George, Pitt and the Harbourside precinct.
Bondi, Bondi Junction, Double Bay, Paddington, Woollahra, Randwick and Surry Hills. Race days at Royal Randwick and match nights at Allianz Stadium are routine work.
Chatswood, St Leonards, North Sydney, Lane Cove, Mosman and Neutral Bay. We watch the Bridge and the Harbour Tunnel through the day and take whichever is moving.
Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, the Hills District and the Olympic Peninsula, including group movements to CommBank Stadium and conference runs along the western motorways.
Domestic and international terminals, the private jet base, and the Overseas Passenger Terminal for cruise arrivals. Meet-and-greet inside the terminal where it helps.
Wollongong, the Sea Cliff Bridge, Kiama, Berry and Nowra, running south through the Shoalhaven to Jervis Bay and Hyams Beach.
Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Anna Bay and the Stockton dunes, along with Newcastle and the Hunter on the way through.
Katoomba, Leura and Jenolan to the west, Bowral, Moss Vale and Berrima to the south. Both are comfortable day trips from the city.
Gosford, Terrigal, Avoca and The Entrance, close enough for a half day and often paired with a run north to Port Stephens.
Good to know
Yes. A short hire is ordinary work for us. The arrangement is shaped around your schedule rather than forced into a minimum-day package, and the rate is settled before anyone gets in the car.
Fixed. The full cost is known in advance. No surge, no meter, and no adjustment when you get out. If the car sits in traffic, that is our problem rather than a line on your invoice.
Yes, under authorisation BSP-466037, held by 101Bikes Pty Ltd. Authorisation is compulsory in New South Wales and carries an obligation to run a Safety Management System, which the Commissioner's authorised officers audit.
Yes, and it is worth flagging the preference in advance so the right person is assigned to the journey. Arrangements can be handled in Chinese from end to end.
That is a large part of what we do. Day trips are priced as a day rather than by the kilometre, so a lookout, a cellar door or a wildlife stop can be added along the way without the cost moving.
Yes, from a single family through to a full conference moving on one schedule across several vehicles. Group and event transport is a substantial part of the work.
We track the flight rather than the clock. The chauffeur is rescheduled automatically and the waiting time after landing is absorbed on our side. Nobody needs to be chased from the tarmac.
Passenger names and itineraries stay with us. Chauffeurs assigned to that work are trained for it specifically, and non-descript vehicles or escorted movements can be arranged where the situation calls for it.
